It has been a while... So some news!

From the 18th July 2020 I will be back in operation again, here are the details with more to follow.


As most of you know I am studying nursing full time at Uni so with that I will only be working 2 days a week Saturday and Sunday.


I will be back at the old address in Robina, shop 3/217 Ron Penhaligon Way (next door to the Lott Cafe) and I will be having the same seperate room to work from, from the rest of the salon.


ONLINE BOOKINGS

This will be again activated and the only way to make an appointment will be via the online booking site. I will no longer except Text Messaging, Phone Calls or Emails.


TRICHOVEDIC HAIR RELAXING APPOINTMENTS

To make an appointment for this service I will require you to Call, Text or Email and I will get back to you for a consultation and make the appointment as this is too difficult for online bookings


PRICES & SERVICES

Prices have changed and services too. ALL except for Trichovedic if paying cash you will receive a discount of $5 per service booked. The prices you see online on my website and online booking site are the full price using card.


CANCELLATIONS - THIS IS IMPORTANT TO READ

My time is important and when I only have 2 days to operate, I require prior notice if you cancel or want to change your appointment. Please be aware I need to be strict with the below conditions.


If you cancel or do not show up on the day of your service you will need to pay the full online price of the service that you were booked for plus the new booking for your next visit.


If you cancel the day before your visit you will need to pay 50% of that service, plus service for the new booking.


If you cancel 2 days before your appointment no charge will be added. However you need to cancel via the online booking system, you receive this option from the email confirmation when you first made the appointment. Example for 2 day cancellation if you are booked on Saturday I require you to cancel by 5pm Thursday.


If you are late and I cannot complete the service your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to pay the full online price amount plus the new appointment service. However, if you have multiple services booked and you are late I may have to drop one of the services you booked for, you will still be charged for the full amount.


I will not accept being called into work, suddenly get the flu or heavy traffic as an excuse for being late, cancelling or not showing up, there are only a few exceptions that I will accept.
